Hadley Kate Bush passed away July 26, 2015 in the arms of her loving parents due to complications involving her underdeveloped lungs as a result of having been diagnosed with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). She lived six loved-filled days. The Fore Hadley Foundation was founded in Hadley’s memory not just to honor her life, but to better support families affected by CDH and to help find a cure for this extremely serious but relatively unknown birth defect.
